Around 7:30 am Monroeville Fire Companies were dispatched to Kelly Court in the 5th District for a reported house fire. Engine 51 and C-51 arrived and report heavy fire conditions from the charlie side and the roof and added the 2nd alarm. Crews from Companies 5, 4, 1, and 6 quickly worked to get the fire knocked down on the 1st and 2nd floors within 15 minutes of dispatch. During that time crews accomplished fire suppression, completed primary searches, horizontal ventilation on the roof, and utility control. Mutual aid was called in to the scene for manpower and RIT.
